Digital story telling has never been more important and fun. A website is not just a website, it is a story and the words are vitally important. Whether that is explaining a service a site offers or a product it is selling, or whether it is the micro copy that keeps a user invested in the journey through the site, no word is used by chance – well it shouldn’t be.
