Using customer data to review 2016

As 2016 entered winter, and the requisite ‘yearly reviews’ began, I wanted to do something a bit different. Customer data was already playing a vital role in the kind of stories we were telling and to whom, so I decided to use it to review 2016. I wanted the numbers to act as the hook, and behind each one was a story. This was written and conceptualised by me, I can’t take credit for the design work.
